Setting up an auto-responder email will take you only a couple of mouse clicks if you use a Linux shared service from our company. This can be done in the Emails part of our in-house made Hepsia Control Panel where you could view your mailboxes available in alphabetical order. You may either select an e-mail address and click on the auto-responder icon or just right-click and select the option in the context menu that will appear. All you have to do will be to enter the content that you'd like to be sent as an automatic reply and save the modifications. You're able to enter any text you want and modifying or removing the auto-responder feature can be just as easy. Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you use a semi-dedicated server package to host your domain names with our company, you will be able to easily activate the auto-responder option for any of the mailboxes you create with the account. You can do this in the Emails section of our easy to use Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where one can view a set of all your mailboxes. A small icon will highlight which has an enabled auto-responder and which one does not. To add, update or delete a message, click the matching icon for the given email, enter the content that you'd like to use, save the changes and you will be all set. If you select multiple e-mails, you can enable or deactivate the option for them in bulk, with just minimal efforts.
